Volunteer Week

April 10-16, 2011 was National Volunteer Week.  But, like most of these national weeks of recognition, it doesn't mean it's time to stop thinking about volunteering!  Giving back should not be limited to just one week per year.

There is no better way to get rid of those rainy day blues than by helping someone in need. Check out some of the terrific non- profits we've featured on MetroEast's Community Hotline to find one that you can be passionate about. Or watch the show for ideas of local  organizations that can really use your help.
